Our Process
Site Visit
We begin with a site visit to understand your space in person. It’s an opportunity to talk through your vision, outline the goals for the area, discuss priorities and budget, and explore how you want the space to feel. This ensures every design is realistic, thoughtful, and tailored entirely to your needs.
Design Presentation
After we’ve collaborated on the design and refined every detail, we’ll provide a final Design Package, Build Methodology, and Quote. Once approved, we’ll schedule your project into our build calendar and begin the process of crafting your outdoor kitchen or garden space, shaped precisely for the way you live.
Build
Once your project is booked in, we begin work behind the scenes, ordering materials, coordinating suppliers, and starting any off‑site fabrication required. By the time we arrive on site, everything is in place for a smooth, focused build. From there, it’s full steam ahead as we bring the design to life with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the process, we keep communication clear and consistent so you always feel informed and confident in how your project is progressing.
Handover
Now for the best part — handover. Whether it’s firing up the BBQ, lighting the firepit, or simply switching on the lights, we walk you through the entire space and every detail. Once everything is ready, we leave it in your hands to enjoy, gather, and create memories in a place that will only grow more beautiful with age.
